About SchoolOpEx
SchoolOpEx is school management software for small private schools, microschools, learning centers, homeschool co-ops and homeschool families. It opens in summer 2027.
What it is
One app for the everyday work of running a school: admissions and enrollment, attendance, grades and report cards, tuition, forms and signatures, and messages that families can read in their own language. Teachers, the office and families all work from the same record for each family.
Every plan includes every feature. Prices are set by how many students are enrolled and are published on the pricing page.

SchoolOpEx is made by B7 Collective LLC, a small company in Germantown, Maryland. SchoolOpEx is a trade name of B7 Collective LLC.
Karim Baz, founder
Karim is a program manager who holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. From 2021 to 2024 he supported the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences at the National Institutes of Health, through Axle Informatics.
