Founding schools
We are choosing 5 to 10 private schools, microschools, learning centers and co-ops to use SchoolOpEx before it opens to everyone. Founding schools get early access, setup done for them free in their first 90 days and a direct line to the founder. We ask them to use it for real and tell us what works in two short calls. Applications open before we do; tick the box when you join the waitlist and we will email the application.
Pricing questions
How do you count students?
Only students who are currently enrolled count toward your plan. For a co-op, count the children enrolled in your classes. A homeschool family uses the household plan, whatever the number of children.
How much do we save with yearly billing?
Every plan costs less paid yearly: 29% or more against twelve monthly payments. For example, up to 100 students is $97 a month or $797 a year, which saves $367.
Are taxes and payment fees included?
Prices are before any sales tax. Card and bank fees from your payment processor apply to the payments families make, as they do with any system; SchoolOpEx adds nothing on top.
What can we add?
Only more room for photos and files, at $5 a month for each 50 GB, and setup tasks after your first 90 days, each at a fixed price shown before you ask.
Can we try it before we pay?
No free trial. You can see the whole app on this site, and founding schools get early access before SchoolOpEx opens to everyone.
